Easy Turkey Wrap

This Easy Turkey Wrap uses flour tortillas filled with sliced turkey, crisp romaine lettuce, tomato slices, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard sauce. The tortillas are warmed slightly for pliability, then layered and rolled tightly for a convenient handheld meal. The combination offers fresh textures and a balance of savory turkey and sharp cheese with a hint of sweetness from the honey mustard.

Description

The recipe calls for warming large flour tortillas briefly to keep them from cracking when rolled. Two tablespoons of honey mustard sauce per tortilla provide moisture and flavor. Slices of turkey, romaine lettuce, tomato, and cheddar cheese are distributed evenly over each wrap. Rolling the contents tightly makes the wrap portable and easy to eat.

These wraps can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving, making them suitable for packed lunches or quick meals. They may also be sliced into pinwheels for party appetizers. The honey mustard can be homemade by combining mayonnaise, yellow mustard, honey, and optional garlic powder for a creamy, tangy spread alternative to store-bought sauces.
