Ingredients
- 1 box pound cake mix
- 2 cups caramel candies unwrapped
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream divided in half
Instructions
To make the Twix Pound Cake:
- Preheat oven and coat the inside of a bundt cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare pound cake batter according to directions on package and pour into bundt pan. Bake according to box instructions and allow to cool completely.

To make the caramel layer:
- Heat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and caramels in a double boiler, stirring regularly until completely melted.
- Slowly, pour caramel mixture over the top of your pound cake, then chill in fridge for at least an hour to set.
To make the chocolate coating:
- Heat 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and chocolate chips in a double boiler, stirring regularly until completely melted.
- Remove cake from fridge and pour chocolate ganache over the top of the cake to cover completely.
- Allow chocolate coating to fully set before slicing and serving
