Easy Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

Combine:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla. Stir until mixed well.
Make the ice cream:
  1. Pour into the freezer bowl of the ice cream maker. Churn for 25-30 minutes (or according to your machine's instructions) until yogurt is consistency of thick, soft serve yogurt.
Serve:
  1. Serve immediately, top with fresh fruit if desired.
