Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dark vegan chocolate chopped into chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix rolled oats, chopped walnuts, slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Pour in the hazelnut butter and maple syrup. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Spread the granola on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  5. Bake granola for 20 to 25 minutes. Let the granola cool completely.
  6. Add cranberries and chopped dark chocolate.
  7. Crumble into clusters and enjoy.
