Easy Vinegar Marinated Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 medium to large cucumber
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water warm
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers. Discard the ends.
- In a large bowl, add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
