Easy Watermelon Agua Fresca

This watermelon agua fresca recipe is a delicious, refreshing treat. The perfect drink to serve on hot days.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups watermelon cubed
  • 4 cups cold water
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (approximately 2 limes)
  • 3-4 tbsp sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the cubed watermelon, water, lime juice and sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher/serving jug.
  4. Pour the watermelon Agua Fresca into glasses filled with ice and garnish with watermelon slices, lime slices and fresh mint sprigs.
