This watermelon agua fresca recipe is a delicious, refreshing treat. The perfect drink to serve on hot days.

Ingredients
- 5 cups watermelon cubed
- 4 cups cold water
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (approximately 2 limes)
- 3-4 tbsp sweetener to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cubed watermelon, water, lime juice and sweetener to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher/serving jug.
- Pour the watermelon Agua Fresca into glasses filled with ice and garnish with watermelon slices, lime slices and fresh mint sprigs.
