Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour heat treated
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Use a hand or stand mixer to beat together the butter, brown sugar, and sugar until creamy. Add in salt and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- Slowly add in the flour until the dough gets stiff. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop and enjoy!

Notes
- Spread flour onto a rimmed baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 6-7 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
