Ingredients

  • 6 Sugar Cones small or medium
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • Rainbow sprinkles of choice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In two separate small microwave safe bowls, heat 1 cup of each color candy melts on 50% power for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted. (This may take less time depending on your microwave. Be sure to handle carefully, as bowl and chocolate may be hot).
  2. Scoop a few tablespoons of your melted chocolate onto a piece of parchment paper.
  3. Carefully roll the sugar cone in the melted chocolate making sure the outside of the cone is evenly coated.
  4. Use your sprinkles of choice to decorate your chocolate covered cones while the chocolate is still soft. We used a variety of sprinkles, stars, and edible pearls.
  5. Stand upright for 10-15 minutes for the chocolate to harden.
