Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 15 sprats fish
- 2 cup small pickles sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
- Grate broiled eggs. Combine eggs with mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Season to taste, making sure your egg salad isn't too salty since the sprats carry a lot of sodium.
- Spread about one tablespoon of the egg mixture onto each slice of bread.
- Top with one sprat and a pickle slice. Serve right away!
