Egg & Avocado Open-Faced Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of bread
  • 2-3 tbsp avocado mashed
  • 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
  • Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
  • cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hard-boiled eggs. Click above for instructions.
  2. Toast a piece of leftover French bread or bread in a toaster.
  3. Spread some mashed avocado over the toast.
  4. Peel the hard-boiled egg, then slice.
  5. Add the slices of the egg to the top of the avocado.
  6. Season with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cayenne pepper, to taste.
  7. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
