Ingredients
- 1 slice of bread
- 2-3 tbsp avocado mashed
- 1 hard-boiled egg sliced
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the hard-boiled eggs. Click above for instructions.
- Toast a piece of leftover French bread or bread in a toaster.
- Spread some mashed avocado over the toast.
- Peel the hard-boiled egg, then slice.
- Add the slices of the egg to the top of the avocado.
- Season with sea salt, freshly cracked pepper, and cayenne pepper, to taste.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy.
