Egg Nog Pie (No Bake Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups egg nog
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/8 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (10-inch, premade, see notes above)

Instructions

  1. Place heavy whipping cream in a bowl and beat with electric mixer until stiff peaks form, set aside.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together egg nog, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice until pudding mix is dissolved and mixed through and slightly thickened.
  3. Gently fold in whipped cream until well combined.
  4. Place mixture in the pre-baked pie crust and smooth over using a rubber spatula. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight (overnight is best).
