Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 small onion diced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic 
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix 16 oz
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or pot, bround the ground pork with the onion and minced garlic.
  2. Once the pork is browned stir in the broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and broth. Stir to combine.
  3. Stir in the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
  4. Cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until the slaw and carrots are soft.
  5. Serve with sliced green onions on top.
