Ingredients

  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 ounce package coleslaw mix
  • 1 tablespoon ginger , minced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pork in large skillet on medium heat until browned, about 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add in cole slaw mix, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, vegetable oil, and vinegar into the skillet.
  3. Cook until coleslaw softens, about 8-10 minutes.
