Ingredients

  • 6 large hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 /4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 /4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 lices bread
Optional Add-Ins
  • butter lettuce
  • radishes thinly sliced
  • avocado thinly sliced
  • hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Peel hard boiled eggs and place into a medium bowl. Mash with a fork until in small pieces. Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Spread onto one slice of bread. Top with second piece of bread. Slice in half and serve.
