Ingredients

  • 8 eggs (hard-cooked and peeled)
Dressing:
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Chop peeled, hard-cooked eggs. You can chop them finely or coarsely according to your preference.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Fold chopped eggs into dressing.
  4. Serve immediately or store, covered, in refrigerator.
