Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar , packed
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup coffee , room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups cake flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl add the sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, milk, coffee, and vanilla extract.
- Whisk carefully until well combined.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients 1 cup at a time, very carefully whisking.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into baking pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool completely, and frost with chocolate frosting.
