- 200 gms – 7 oz. plain cookies like Digestive or Scotch Fingers
- 70 gms – 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts halved
- 70 gms cocoa – 2/3 cup powder
- 130 gms – 1 ¼ sticks butter
- 100 gms – ½ cup granulated sugar
- 70 gms – 2 ½ oz. dark chocolate roughly chopped
- 1 tbsp rum or milk
- 1 tbsp milk
- icing sugar
Notes
- You can use some kitchen string to tie it up like a real salami if you like.
