Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 20-26 lices English Muffin bread
  • powdered sugar (optional)
  • maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, eggnog, sugar and extract in a large bowl. Dip each piece of bread and let soak for 1 minute on each side.
  2. Grease a hot griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve with syrup.
