Eggnog Overnight Oats

Eggnog overnight oats are a delicious breakfast or dessert that's ultra-creamy, sweet, and perfectly spiced!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Stir ingredients and soak overnight. In a sealable jar or bowl, add the rolled oats, eggnog, yogurt, and chia seeds. Stir it until it's well combined. Then, let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours (but it's best to soak overnight for 8 hours).
  2. Add toppings. Enjoy your overnight oats as is or top it with sliced almonds and a dash of extra spices.

Notes

  • ½
  • Overnight oats will expand about 10 to 15% - so it's best to not overfill the container. 
  • If you make a large batch in a bowl, once it's set and thickened overnight scoop out about 1 ½ cup for a single serving.
