Elderberry Popsicles

These Elderberry Popsicles help boost the immune system and also help soothe sore throats. Super easy to make and perfect for cold and flu season!

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons elderberry syrup
  • 2 cups grape juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all ingredients into a large pitcher and stir well.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze 30 minutes, then add the wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for another 5 hours.
  3. Once frozen, run warm water over the mold for about 30 seconds and gently release the popsicles.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
