Elderflower, Apple and Gin Fizz

A deliciously refreshing cocktail with the natural sweetness of apple, the wonderful floral hints of elderflower and herbal notes of gin.

Ingredients

  • 185 ml (¾ cup) gin
  • 1½ tablespoon Elderflower cordial
  • 500 ml (2 cups) sparkling apple juice
  • plenty of ice
  • 250 ml (1 cup) champagne
  • Apple slices/lemon slices (to serve)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the gin and cordial in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well.
  2. Add the sparkling apple juice and stir gently.
  3. Pour into flutes, top with champagne and garnish with a slice of apple on the side.
