Elote Seasoning Recipe
The Elote Seasoning Recipe combines a blend of chili powders, paprika, cumin, garlic, dried lime zest, Parmesan cheese, and herbs to create a flavorful spice mix inspired by Mexican street corn. This seasoning brings smoky, tangy, and slightly spicy notes that enhance grilled corn or other dishes. The mix includes dried lime zest for brightness and parmesan for umami depth, balanced with cayenne for heat. It is made by combining the spices and storing them in an airtight container for longevity.
