These no-bake easy Energy Balls are filled with oats, honey, flaxseed, peanut butter, and a few chocolate chips. We make these healthy energy bites at least once a week!

Ingredients
- 1 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/3 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (you can also use mini chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberrries)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and mix together well. Form into balls. If the mixture is too sticky, chill in the fridge for easier handling. Enjoy!

Notes
- You can also use quick oats but you may need add less since they will cause the balls to be dryer.Ground flaxseed can be found in the spice aisle or health food aisle of your grocery store. I buy a big can of it.You can also add chia seeds (about a tablespoon) if you have them.You can use chocolate chips (mini or regular) or even mini-m&ms for a fun treat!
