  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk

  1. Place almond milk in medium saucepan. Cook over medium low heat until reduced by half, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes. (depending on the heat of your burner)

  • Cook the milk down until very thick, like traditional evaporated milk.
  • Store in sterilized canning jar, in refrigerator.
  • Use within 1 week.
