Ingredients

  • 18 mini peppers
  • 12 oz cream cheese softened (1 1/2 bricks)
  • 1/4 cup everything Bagel seasoning less or more, depending on taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice peppers lengthwise.
  2. Remove seeds and veins. Keep stem on for a pop of green, if desired.
  3. Fill each pepper half with cream cheese as generously as you desire, smoothing out as you go.
  4. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning (or dip peppers in a bowl of seasoning for easier cleanup).
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
