Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. In a small bowl, combine the 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper. Use as needed, about 2 Tablespoons per recipe.
