Fajita Seasoning
This fajita seasoning blend combines chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic and onion powder, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper for a balanced, smoky, and mildly spicy mix. It is designed for seasoning meat, particularly for grilling or skillet cooking with peppers and onions, replicating the flavor profile found in classic fajita dishes. The mix offers a flexible base to enhance savory dishes requiring warm, aromatic spices.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
