Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2-4 tablespoons ice-cold water as needed for consistency

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until well blended. The mixture will initially thicken.
  3. Gradually add the ice cold water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking continuously until the desired consistency is reached. It should be creamy and smooth, perfect for drizzling.
