Fall Fruit Salad

Our Fall fruit salad is bursting with vibrant seasonal fruit dressed in a bright honey, orange, and poppy seed dressing!

Ingredients

Dressing
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • zest one orange
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or more, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Salad
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 small bunch seedless grapes, cut grapes in half; about 2 cups
  • 2 apples, cubed

Instructions

  1. Whisk ¼ cup fresh orange juice, orange zest, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
  2. Add sliced oranges, cubed pineapple, cut grapes, and cubed apples to a large bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss.

Notes

  • Make ahead of time. Make ahead and store it in the fridge. The citrus from the orange juice will help keep the apples from browning. 
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. It may last even longer but the fruits will not be quite as firm and fresh.
