Faux Cheddar Bay Biscuits

A copycat version of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits from Red Lobster. I like to use these in soups or as croutons.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 small egg or 1/2 large egg
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • ⅔ cup plain Greek yogurt non fat

Instructions

For the Biscuits
    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients independently then combine.
  3. Use a cookie scoop to put on a sprayed sheet pan and bake at 375° Fahrenheit for 15-17 minutes. Makes 13.
