Ingredients

  • 60 ml | 2 fl oz | 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 60 ml | 2 fl oz | 1/4 cup pomegranate juice such as Pomegreat
  • 40 ml | 1 1/3 fl oz Campari
  • 40 ml | 1 1/3 fl oz bourbon
  • 40 ml | 1 1/3 fl oz dry vermouth
  • dash orange bitters optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds optional
  • orange peel to decorate

Instructions

  3. Fill two rocks glasses with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, orange juice, Campari, bourbon, vermouth and bitters in a large glass or cocktail shaker and stir together.
  4. Pour over the ice in the glasses. Add a few pomegranate seeds in each glass and decorate with a twisted orange peel.
