Festive Fall Greek Yogurt Pumpkin Parfait

Ingredients
- 1 Greek yogurt vanilla, Yoplait brand, 100 calories container
- 1 Granola Bar Nature Valley brand, crunchy oats & honey, single serving package
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/3 cup pumpkin unsweetened, canned
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon honey either works perfectly, so you can use whichever you have on hand, or brown sugar
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl add Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt, canned pumpkin, cinnamon, and honey (or brown sugar). Whisk together until well combined.
- While granola bar is still sealed in package, break it into smaller chunks (I placed it on the counter and pounded it a few times with my fist).
- Layer pumpkin/yogurt mixture, whipped topping, and granola until you've filled a small goblet or sundae glass.
