Ingredients
Dip
- 10 ounces feta cheese
- 2 medium roasted red peppers (jarred or roasted at home see notes below, about ¾ cup)
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes (or to taste)
Garnishes (Optional)
- Additional crumbled feta, chili flakes, kalamata olives and/or dried oregano
Accompaniments
- Warm pita bread
- sliced vegetable sticks (cucumber, carrot, celery, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a food process and puree until smooth.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with your desired garnishes.
- Serve with warm pitas and/or vegetable sticks to dip.

Notes
- You can core and roast your own red peppers in the oven, or use store-bought red peppers in a jar. To roast at home, brush pepper with oil and roast on a baking pan or wrapped in foil until tender.
