Notes
- Balsamic Glaze Ingredients1 cup Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon granulated sugar or brown sugar
- How much sugar do you need to make balsamic glaze?I usually use 1 cup balsamic vinegar to 1 tablespoon sugar ratio. Some recipes call for much more sugar, but I think it gets too sweet after a couple tablespoon of sugar. I recommend starting with a low amount of sugar as you can always make it sweeter at the end.
- How to make Balsamic GlazeBring balsamic vinegar and sugar to boil in a pot.Reduce to simmer for 20 mins, or until a syrupy texture.
