Feta Eggs with Zucchini

Feta Eggs with Zucchini is a simple skillet dish featuring grated zucchini and onion cooked until golden, topped with melted feta, and finished by gently cooking eggs until the yolks reach the preferred doneness. The melted feta adds a creamy, tangy element that pairs with the tender sautéed vegetables and softly set eggs, delivering a savory combination ideal for breakfast or a light meal.
