Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat flatbreads
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 tomatoes sliced
- 4 teaspoon or more Dietz & Watson Jalapeno Spread
- 2 ounces Dietz & Watson Originals Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 teaspoons minced cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Brush each flatbread with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Sprinkle each with half of the garlic powder and salt.
- Top the flatbreads with tomatoes, jalapeno spread and feta cheese.
- Bake until cheese is melted and the flatbread is light golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Cut each flatbread into 4 pieces. Serve.
