Feta with Oregano and Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450 grams) block Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • Greek olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Cut the block of feta into 1/2-1 inch (1.25-2.5 centimeter) thick slices and arrange on a plate or board.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2-1 teaspoon of dried oregano over each slice.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with bread, tomato slices, olives, and/or lemon slices.
