Fig and Beet Fall Protein Smoothie
Fig and Beet Fall Protein Smoothie is an incredibly unique and delicious smoothie recipe!
Ingredients
- 3 figs large, ripe
- 1 banana peeled, chopped, frozen, large, ripe
- 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup beet chopped or shredded, cooked or raw
- 1 tablespoons almond butter unsweetened
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- 3/4 almond milk unsweetened
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of granola on top
Notes
- *You can use any dairy or non-dairy milk of choice. Try some full-fat canned coconut milk for an epic, decadent experience.
