Ingredients

  • 3 figs large, ripe
  • 1 banana peeled, chopped, frozen, large, ripe
  • 1/3 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup beet chopped or shredded, cooked or raw
  • 1 tablespoons almond butter unsweetened
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
  • 3/4 almond milk unsweetened

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie to a high-powered blender and blend until completely smooth. Serve with a sprinkle of granola on top

Notes

  • *You can use any dairy or non-dairy milk of choice. Try some full-fat canned coconut milk for an epic, decadent experience.
