Firecracker Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

Firecracker sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic grated/minced
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
Chicken
  • 8 chicken thighs bone in, skin on

Instructions

  1. Combine the firecracker sauce ingredients and marinade your chicken thighs in the sauce for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat your oven up to 375F.
  3. When ready, add the chicken thighs to a greased baking dish and bake the chicken for 35-40 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure the internal temperature to 165F/75C to check if the thighs are cooked through.
  4. For extra crispy skin, set the chicken under the broiler and broil for 3 minutes, keeping an eye on it as the skin can burn easily due to the sauce.
