Ingredients

  • 40 chicken meatballs link to my go-to meatball recipe or use pre-made store bought
firecracker sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat your oven to 400F.
  2. Start by making your own meatballs or prep your pre-made ones.
  3. If making your own meatballs, bake them for 10-12 minutes. While your meatballs are baking, combine the ingredients for the firecracker sauce and set aside. After 10-12 minutes, take out your chicken meatballs and brush them with the firecracker sauce or dip them in the sauce to fully coat the meatballs. Bake for 2 more minutes before taking them out and giving them a second coat of the firecracker sauce. Bake for 1-2 minutes again.
  4. If you’re baking pre-made meatballs, follow the directions on the bag and pull them out 4 minutes before they’re done baking and coat the meatballs in the sauce as directed above.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
