Fish Seasoning

This homemade fish seasoning works perfectly on pretty much all types of white fish. Make it ahead of time in a triple batch and store in your cupboard so it's ready when you need it!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon flaked sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried lemon zest
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients together, whisking to mix.
  2. Store in a lidded container in your cupboard for up to 6 months.
  3. Use to season all types of white fish.

Notes

  • Play around with the amounts of spices to make your perfect blend! I, of course, prefer more garlic in mine!
