Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup Panko bread crumbs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 pound cod fillets cut into 1-inch strips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix flour with salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder.
- Beat eggs in a second bowl.
- Mix panko and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat fish in flour mixture then in eggs then in breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet.
- Spray with vegetable oil spray and bake for 12-15 minutes until browned.
