- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (frozen)
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water (ice cold)
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients for the recipe.
- Combine the flour together with salt. Using a grater, grate the frozen butter into the flour mixture, tossing with a spatula occasionally to prevent the butter from sticking together.
