Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ground Flaxseeds
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup plus more for serving
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Set aside in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight to thicken.
