Flourless Tahini Banana Brownies
These flourless brownies blend ripe mashed bananas with tahini, melted coconut oil, and raw cacao powder, producing a moist and fudgy texture. The addition of coconut sugar and cinnamon enriches the flavor, while baking powder provides slight rise. Mixed in eggs act as a binder, making this a dense yet tender treat that offers a moist alternative to traditional brownies without any flour.
