Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon powdered stevia
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until all the ingredients come out smooth. About 1 minutes.
  3. Preheat a waffle iron.
  4. Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. (We like coconut oil cooking spray)
  5. Add 1/8th of the batter for each waffle.
  6. If your batter is too thick, try adding a little almond milk.
