Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 tablespoon powdered stevia
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until all the ingredients come out smooth. About 1 minutes.
- Preheat a waffle iron.
- Spray the waffle iron with non stick cooking spray. (We like coconut oil cooking spray)
- Add 1/8th of the batter for each waffle.
- If your batter is too thick, try adding a little almond milk.
