Fran's Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup canola oil
  • 6 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste (lots of pepper)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bowl and whisk thoroughly; set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors time to mingle. Side Note: We like a very tangy vinaigrette, if you don't, use less vinegar, to taste. 
  2. Drizzle the well-whisked vinaigrette on your salad then toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.  Enjoy.
  3. Store sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
