Fran's Simple Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- ½ cup canola oil
- 6 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste (lots of pepper)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar or bowl and whisk thoroughly; set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors time to mingle. Side Note: We like a very tangy vinaigrette, if you don't, use less vinegar, to taste.
- Drizzle the well-whisked vinaigrette on your salad then toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
- Store sealed in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
